Our Policies
Order & Payment
To secure your order, full payment must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, your slot may be forfeited. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD); all payments must be made through our accepted payment methods. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order!
Shipping
Orders are shipped based on the order of payment confirmation. You can expect to receive your shipping details, including tracking information, within three (3) to five (5) days after payment. If you have not received any updates after five (5) days, you may follow up with us. A tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched.
Kindly note that PHP15 is included in the shipping fee for our handling fee :)

Refunds & Returns
All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or damaged order, we require a clear and unedited unboxing video with audio as proof. Claims without this required documentation may not be accommodated.
Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:
- Where the product is destroyed or damaged due to a cause attributable to the customer (except in cases where the package is opened for checking the content);
- Where the product's value has substantially decreased due to the customer's total or partial use or consumption;
- Where the value of the product has substantially decreased due to the elapse of time, making resale difficult or impossible;
- Where some components of the product have been used, lost, or are not resalable due to damage/failure/contamination caused by mishandling, or the product is returned with some components missing
Product Disclaimer
Please note that product color may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings. Size variations may also be expected due to manufacturing. Additionally, please note that photocard holders may have scratches due to current limitations in our supplier options. However, these scratches are not noticeable once photocards are placed inside.
